Who can invest? Anyone with a US bank account or credit card
What is the minimum investment? You can invest as little as $20.00
How it the debt secured for the Investor? The debt is secured using a bond instrument that is filed with the SEC. As the bond matures it is repaid until the debt is paid off.
What businesses can raise money on this platform? Our target market are businesses in or are linked to the wine industry. However we will list other businesses who in are the beverage industry.
What does it cost to invest? There is no fee to invest. However if you use a credit card we do charge a 4% transaction fee.
Are my earnings taxed? Annually, by January 31 we will send a 1099-INT showing your interest earned.
Where are my earnings held? Earnings, principal and interest are held in an escrow account held by Partners Bank and Trust. We keeps a record of all transactions but not hold, manage, possess or handle these funds.
How is my information protected? All data communications are encrypted and backed up.
Are you regulated by the goverment? We are regulated by the SEC and FINRA. Specifically Reg CF regarding Crowdfunding for Title III offerings. Read the document here.
Do you share my information with a third party? No we do not.
